Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017

Following our Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017, we’re delighted to share with you some of the excellent feedback that our team received. Each question in the survey was scored out of 10 and we’re proud to say that the team scored predominantly 10 or 9 for each area.

Questions included:

  • How would you rate the quality of our services?
  • How would you rate the delivery of our services?
  • How would you rate our response to questions and concerns?
  • How would you rate our communication with you and your company?

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey forms an integral part of our continuous improvement strategy. The feedback we receive is used to ensure we consistently deliver high quality services that exceed our clients’ expectations. Feedback from this survey included “The FTS team are extremely efficient, courteous and always obliging” as well as “The FTS team are considerate and helpful and assist as much as possible in a prompt and professional manner“.
